Abraj Al Bait and the so-called Waqf Abraj Al Bait, which is located in Makkah Al Mukarramah, is a complex of towers located opposite the Great Mosque of Mecca, and is owned by the government in the Kingdom.
This complex of towers consists of 7 skyscrapers, and the Mecca Clock Tower and the Fairmont Hotel are located in it, and it is considered the third tallest building, and also the tallest free-standing building in the world.
The Abraj Al Bait complex in Makkah is known as the largest complex of towers in terms of area in the world, and the Kingdom decided to build it by the contracting company, the “Bin Laden Group.”
The cost of establishing this project amounted to 15 billion dollars, which is a huge amount, but she is working to invest it well.
