A lot of people suffer from very low self esteem. Dreams, goals and plans form a sort of a trinity with one another. Much as you have cooks, chefs and head chefs, or student, sensei and grand master, you have plans, goals and dreams. In all three examples, you can’t have one without the others. Now, a plan is something boring, it’s just practical steps like a shopping list or a how-to guide. A dream is something broader and vaguer, something like “Get rich”. A GOAL, is something in between. It has the passion of a dream with the practicality of a plan.
